August 23, 2025 Week 5 coursework done ✅. Assignment 4 also submitted. Now time to refer to the UoT lectures, and also the course lectures and spend personal time on it to stitch things properly together! Haven’t been able to do the coursework let alone UoT and the big list, due to the disruption of health visits and events at home. But, coming back to a good rhythm. Finally back on track with the coursework! UoT awaits! And the Big List. Anyway, the courseworks in topo and algebra, both are short term processes, compared to my long term (December) plans to absorb math.

July 21, 2025 Began the NPTEL course on SWAYAM. Basic definition, examples, basis of topology and subspace topology are discussed. Examples of subspace topology are covered in the next lecture. Two lectures left in Week 1. Week 0’s prerequisites assignment is done ✅. Along with the lectures, I will be referring to UoTorronto’s MAT327 resources — the big list (of problems) and the very nice collection of notes on various topics!
